REFUND POLICY
We have a 2-week cooling-off period. If you choose to cancel within the 2-weeks because you are unhappy with the service or the product, you can get a full refund minus any 1:1 appointments or 1:1 email coaching/consulting, as well as minus any products purchased or given to you as part of the program. You will be deducted $297 for every 1hr of 1:1 time with you or supporting you. Product fees are deducted based on retail price. We also have a clause that if you choose to cancel the program in the 2-week cooling off-period & receive a refund, you can not sign up to any of our programs in the future.
AFTER 6-MONTHS:
Sometimes you need a little longer to heal. If this is the case, after the program duration, we have month-to-month (no contract) membership options to continue getting support. You will be notified 1-month before the program duration ends, as well as the day before, with month-to-month membership options to sign up to, if you wish to continue working with us. The four options range from $97/mth - $997/mth.
