Refund Policy

We offer a 2-week cooling-off period. If you cancel within the first 2 weeks, you may receive a full refund minus:

• $297 for every 1 hour of 1:1 time or support already provided
• The retail value of any products purchased or supplied

If you cancel within the cooling-off period and receive a refund, you are not eligible to re-enrol in any future programs.

After 6 Months

Some people need a little longer to heal. After the 6-month program, month-to-month (no contract) membership options are available if you wish to continue support.

You’ll be notified one month before the program ends, and again the day before.

Membership options range from $97/month to $997/month.
