Chris and Filly here :) 

We are excited to introduce you to our Functional Medicine practice and our online presence. Here you will expect to find articles, videos and lots and lots of information to help you on your healing journey. 

Our unique brand of healing is based on Functional Medicine testing to get to the root cause of your symptoms. We use our consultation process to identify the causes and contributing factors of your symptoms, and from there, we build out customised therapeutic protocols based on lifestyle, mindset and practitioner grade nutraceutical supplementation. 

We use specific tests to shine light on the unknown cause of your problems. We help you change your lifestyle and build out new habits that will flip a switch inside you, allowing you to see hope where once you only saw overwhelm and frustration. 

Individually, we have helped thousands of clients over the course of our respective careers to achieve health and happiness, living the lifestyle that they've always wanted. Now, we have combined forces to bring you our Functional Medicine system combined with the power of Mindset Coaching.
