Tahini Fudge

- 1 cup tahini
- 4 tbsp carob powder
- 4 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- coarse sea salt, to taste
- Whiz all ingredients up in a blender (minus the salt), and pour into a slice pan.
- Sprinkle sea salt on the top. Set in freezer or fridge.
