Smoked Salmon & Avocado SaladJul 06, 2023
Howdy! It was Chris's birthday the other week and this is what he requested for dinner - smoked salmon salad. Super tasty, and the best part - I whipped it up in less than 5-minutes (hehe).
- 5 cups Butter Lettuce
- 170g smoked salmon, torn into pieces
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 pear, sliced
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2 tbsp truffle infused olive oil
- salt and pepper
Add all lettuce, smoked salmon, avocado, pear and capers to a salad bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt & pepper
