Pomegranate Parfait

I whipped up this Pomegranate Breakfast Parfait for a quick morning treat with my family! 😊🥣 Layered those vibrant pomegranate seeds, poured in creamy coconut milk - the perfect start to our day together!

 

Servings: 1

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (no thickeners)
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 10 macadamia nuts  

 

Instructions:

  1. In a serving glass or bowl, start by layering half of the pomegranate seeds at the bottom.
  2. Pour half of the coconut milk over the pomegranate seeds.
  3. Add another layer of pomegranate seeds and coconut milk.
  4. Top the parfait with the remaining pomegranate seeds and the macadamia nuts.
