Peanut Butter Choc Fudge

I love ANYTHING PB + Choc! Here’s a delish fudge I made for Christmas Eve that you guys were asking the recipe for :) 


Chocolate Fudge Layer

  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Peanut Butter Fudge Layer

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts (for top)



  • Line a slice pan with parchment paper.
  • In a small pot, make the chocolate layer. Melt the coconut oil, then add the peanut butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine well, then pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Rinse out the pot, then prepare the peanut butter fudge layer. Melt the coconut oil, then add the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir to combine well.
  • Pour the peanut butter fudge over the chocolate fudge in the pan, then swirl with a knife (or similar). Sprinkle peanuts on top of the fudge. Place the pan in the freezer for at least 45 minutes to solidify, then cut the fudge into 25 squares. Store in the refrigerator.
