  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¾ cup coconut oil butter
  • 2 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • ½ cup + 2 tbsp plain gluten-free flour
  • ¾ cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon allspice / mixed spice or pumpkin spice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup vegan chocolate chips

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
