Energize your mornings with our Quick Avocado Toast! Creamy avocado, spelt bread, chives, and ghee create a tasty masterpiece in just 5 mins. Veggie-friendly and Low Salicylate Diet ready.

 

Servings: 1

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 2-3 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of spelt bread
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread until golden brown.
  2. Spread the ghee on top of the toast.
  3. Mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork until smooth.
  4. Add chopped chives, salt, and pepper to the mashed avocado and mix well.
  5. Spread the avocado mixture on top of the ghee toast.
  6. Garnish with additional chives if desired.
  7. Serve immediately.
