Energize your mornings with our Quick Avocado Toast! Creamy avocado, spelt bread, chives, and ghee create a tasty masterpiece in just 5 mins. Veggie-friendly and Low Salicylate Diet ready.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 2-3 minutes
- 1 slice of spelt bread
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toast the bread until golden brown.
- Spread the ghee on top of the toast.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork until smooth.
- Add chopped chives, salt, and pepper to the mashed avocado and mix well.
- Spread the avocado mixture on top of the ghee toast.
- Garnish with additional chives if desired.
- Serve immediately.
