Macro Smoothie

Struggling with time to make a nutritious brekkie in the morning? This is a super simple smoothie recipe that balances your macronutrients, fats, carbs & protein to help keep your energy and blood sugar levels balanced throughout the morning.


  • 1 scoop (or 30g) natural collagen protein powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened rice milk


  • Blend all ingredients together. 
  • Add more water or ice for desired consistency.
