Struggling with time to make a nutritious brekkie in the morning? This is a super simple smoothie recipe that balances your macronutrients, fats, carbs & protein to help keep your energy and blood sugar levels balanced throughout the morning.
- 1 scoop (or 30g) natural collagen protein powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup unsweetened rice milk
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Add more water or ice for desired consistency.
