Low-Histamine Mango Ice Cream
Jul 28, 2020Struggling with histamine intolerance and stuck on what to eat? Here's a yummy (and super easy!) sweet treat to keep you happy :)
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mango
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1-2 tbsp organic raw honey
Directions
- Pour frozen mango into a high speed blender or food processor (I use my Thermomix, but any high-speed blender/processor will work).
- Add coconut milk and honey to the mango and turn the blender on high. If the blender is struggling, add another tablespoon or two of coconut milk.
- Blend on high until the mixture is creamy and has a consistent texture.
- Spoon into a bowl and enjoy immediately.
