Hot Choc Tahini Sauce

Ok, this condiment sauce is AMAZING! Great to use over desserts, like pancakes or pudding, or even drizzled on top of yogurt or chia seed pudding for a luxurious feeling breakkie!

 

Ingredients:

  • 120ml tahini
  • 60ml rice malt syrup
  • 30g dark cocoa powder
  • 125ml boiled water from the kettle
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

Instructions:

  1. Combine the tahini, rice malt syrup, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  2. Mix in half of the hot boiled water until combined, then add the rest of the water for consistency.
  3. Add salt and vanilla, taste, and adjust if needed.
  4. Serve hot chocolate sauce with crepes, pancakes, banana, or berries.
