Chocolate Chia Pudding made with almond milk and sweetened with maple syrup

Servings: 4

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Chilling time: 2 hours

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until the pudding thickens and the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid.
  3. Stir the pudding well before serving and divide into 4 small bowls or jars.
  4. Top with your choice of toppings, such as fresh berries or sliced banana, and enjoy!
