Quick Greenie Salad

A super simple salad to get more green into your life! :)

Serves: 1


  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup micro greens
  • 1⁄2 green apple
  • 1⁄2 avocado
  • tbsp pepitas
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste


  1. In a serving bowl, toss together broccoli, greens, apple, avocado, and pepitas.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the avocado oil, lime juice, and salt and pour over the salad.
