Quick Greenie Salad

Serves: 1
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup micro greens
- 1⁄2 green apple
- 1⁄2 avocado
- tbsp pepitas
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
Method
- In a serving bowl, toss together broccoli, greens, apple, avocado, and pepitas.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the avocado oil, lime juice, and salt and pour over the salad.
