4 Mysterious Reasons Why You Should Heal Your Mind

Chris here. Let us not beat around the bush. As some of you may know, I am a personal development coach. I help people like you take back control & find your calm through healing thy mind & spirit (Filly takes care of the physical body!).

Today, I will be sharing with you #4 reasons why you should heal your mind when it comes to finding ANSWERS & SOLUTIONS to your health issues. More importantly, today I will be helping you to make a solid decision of whether you want to finally get to the root cause of your health issues, or continue instead spending your time jumping from one ‘quick fix’ to another (which never ends achieving anything longterm) :)

The thing is, healing your mindset is NOT suitable for everyone. That’s the truth. 

I know of so many people who were only slightly interested in mindset healing and wanted to finally get on top of their stress & overwhelm & worn-out state… but they never got anywhere because they did not dig deep enough to truly understand why mindset is so important.

After talking to dozens of our most successful clients, I have distilled the #4 main reasons why anyone would want to heal thy body, by healing thy mind. And it’s not what you imagine!

 

#1 - Know Your Why

Why are you embarking on your healing journey in the first place? What is even the POINT? It’s never as superficial as ‘I don’t want to feel bloated anymore’ or ‘I don’t want to break out with acne all the time - is it? What are these symptoms stopping you from doing/feeling/being/achieving? When you truly understand your WHY and your vision of yourself it becomes so much easier to stay on track to heal your body. Your WHY needs to be as strong as your need to breathe! It is my job to help you discover that deep-soulful why.

 

#2 - Know Your Personality 

Many people struggle to stick to a healing plan because they don’t really understand why they think and behave the way they do. Mindset coaching is largely about getting to know yourself on an intimate level. When you understand your personality, you will then be able to create an action plan that will suit the way you ‘tick.’ For example, some people need more accountability, some people need more answers, some people need lots of variety, and some people thrive on routine.

 

#3 - Know Your Process

To reach optimal health, you will need to get super clear on your process. How are you going to reach your vision of who you want to be? I use the neurolinguistic programming P.O.W.E.R. model to help our clients move from where they are at now, to where they want to be. You need to have a Positively stated goal, you need to take Ownership of your goal, you need to know What you need to do to get there (i.e. have a game plan), and you need to set up your environment for success and have clear expectations, and you need to have the right Resources. Filly and I have created our Ending Body Burnout Method to take you through this process and heal your whole self holistically and effectively.

 

#4 - Being Happy, No Matter What

Filly & I get it - health can seem complicated. Healing can feel like an uphill battle. A maze of confusion. Here’s the fact: healing can take time. It’s often not a matter of just doing some functional medicine testing and popping some (even natural) pills! It takes time, effort, investment, and sometimes some back-tracking and zig-zagging, to heal different (yet interrelated) body systems. Finding within your mind the ability to be happy along the journey (no matter what!) will keep you moving towards your goal, even when the going gets tough.
