After embarking on a long and winding 10-year healing journey for myself, then working with 3,000+ clients through body burnout, and delivering over 8,000 hours of online and in-person root-cause sessions, one thing has become crystal clear:
Most people don’t need more information.
They need to feel safe enough to finally listen.
I created The Body Knows because I know what it’s like to live in a body that feels like it’s fighting you.
I struggled with vasovagal episodes. PCOS. Anxiety. Histamine intolerance. Chronic body pain. Exhaustion. Low immunity + more. I experienced the chronic stress I hear too often from clients now. The burnout that crept in slowly… until one day you realise you’re not coping.
And what I needed back then wasn’t another protocol or another person telling me what to do.
I needed a place to stop. To breathe. To be held. To listen. To remember that my body wasn’t the enemy — it was my loving compass.
The Body Knows is the retreat I wish existed for me in that season.
A sacred, grounded container where you don’t “do” your healing… you actually feel it, embody it, be it.
And since attending others’ sacred healing retreats more recently, my heart has been BURSTING to gift this to our community too. A place where we be together, feel together, breath together, move together, in person, in nature, nestled away from the rest of the world, for a potent 3-days.
I have experienced the magical transformations that can occur in just a few days - blocks I had been struggling with for months, even years. And my heart wants this for you too!

The Body Knows Retreat
Phase 1: Awareness
Your body has been sending you all sorts of signals. It’s time to listen to it’s wisdom.
In this phase, we listen and feel in, becoming aware of the signals, symptoms, patterns the body and mind have been sending us.
Step 2: Lean In
Now it’s time to lean in. To give yourself permission to fully feel.
This phase is all about creating safety to fully feel what you’re experiencing. To go to the edge - but not over it. To open up. To breathe. Breaking through the urge to run away, avoid or suppress.
Step 3: Insights
What is your body trying to communicate to you? What are its loving messages?
Once you’ve leant into fully being with the body, now it’s time to gather insights. To decode the messages from your body. What are the deeper meanings? What role have you played to end up here? Why does your deeper self feel unsafe or out of alignment? What’s the root issue?
Step 4: Grounding
Now it’s time to drop into the body, ground and regulate, to create cellular and subconscious safety and deep change.
This is where we get out of the head, and into the body. Out of thoughts, and into the breath. Out of story, and into state. Out of labels, and into specifics. This is where we create deeper subconscious change.
Step 5: Navigate
Where do you need to go next, to integrate and embody a new way of being that is aligned for you?
In this phase, we take all the insights, felt experiences, wisdom and knowing from the previous phases, and create an action plan to navigate your days, weeks, months ahead. This is where you to plan out how to continue your shifts into daily life, when you leave the retreat.
This framework is based on years of lived experience & bucket loads of work on ourselves
It’s how we live.
And in The Body Knows, it becomes your compass, your way of being, that allows you to continue being your own self-healer, self-communicator, self-director when you go back into the big wide-world.
