What is TRTP Trauma Therapy?

Firstly, TRTP fits in nicely with the Nervous System Regulation component of Spark.
It's kind of like the 21 Day Rewire on steroids - and also done in a 1:1 intensive setting, to get fast changes in the unconscious, safely as I hold your hand and take you through the process.

The 3-Step TRTP Process

Beliefs
Step one involves changing the way you identify with yourself - reconfiguring the limiting or damaging beliefs you hold about yourself. This is done in a guided, safe space that leaves you feeling changed. For many people this session alone is life changing.

Past
Step two involves taking the emotional charge out of the past. The past events are resolved and the body and the unconscious move to a state of âItâs over⊠Iâm safe nowâŠâ. The sympathetic nervous system is returned to a state of calm. Many experience a state of calm and empowerment for the first time in years.

Future
Step three is a no holds barred look into the future, focusing on what you want it to look like, now that you are no longer limited by your own limiting beliefs about yourself and are free of the pain of the past. Leaving you feeling excited and ready to live your best life!

Hi, I'm Filipa Bellette, co-founder of Chris & Filly Functional Medicine. As you know, I am on a mission to END body burnout, and TRTP is an extremely helpful process do this in a very powerful, effective, quick & safe way.
As well as being a functional medicine practitioner, I am well-trained in the metaphysical side of healing. As well as being a certified TRTP Practicioner, Iâve also done a BA in psychology, a PhD in using words, creativity & imagination to rewrite the self & culture, and also have NLP & transformational coaching certifications & mentorships under my belt.
