Day 1

- Why most trauma goes unprocessed
- How it gets stuck in the body
- How it manifests in the body
- Key body systems that are impacted by trauma
- How to test & support key body systems
Day 2

On Wed 17 Jan, we'll be going over:

- Why *just* doing physical protocols causes more trauma
- Why changing behavior (i.e. eating healthier, meditating, exercising, working less) will only ever "manage" your symptoms & band-aids the root cause
- The missing piece of healthcare: changing unconscious beliefs & identity

This one's going to be a beautiful experience for the end of your week!!! Day 3, we are going to get really practical and help you drop into your body, to shift deep-baggage from the unconscious.

- How releasing trauma can take as little as two weeks to clear (yes *truth!*)
- The language of the unconscious mind
- We'll take you through one of our favorite rewire practices to help shift past baggage and bring safety to your body, so that your body systems can finally heal

Filipa is an accredited Functional Medicine Practitioner, Clinical Nutritionist, Coach & Trauma Therapist. She is also a Ph.D. Scholar, award-winning writer & regularly featured the media, such as Forbes, Body+Soul and The Daily Telegraph. Chris is a Burnout Recovery Coach & an accredited Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, with a Bachelor of Human Movement Science. He has existed in high-performance realms of the sporting (think national athlete) & business industries and knows what it takes to get out of hustle-and-grind culture to thriving.
